It is with deep sadness that we share the news of the death of our beloved Nick. Having left us far too soon, Nick leaves behind a caring and loving family. He is survived by his mother and step-father, Louise and Wayne Young, his father, Hans Klemm, sister Inger (Henry), brother Christian (Renee), step-brothers Christopher and Greg (Michelle), as well as an extended family of cousins, nieces and nephews. Also missing him will be his close friend Ken and his best four-legged pal, Leala.
Nick will always be remembered by his love of life and joy in all he did, be it rock climbing out west in Canmore Alberta or lobster fishing on the East Coast. He had a love of music and was an accomplished guitar player. Listening to him play his guitar will be greatly missed.
Sadly, Nick developed a lung disease that worsened over time. Even though he struggled with this he remained his cheerful and happy self.
Words can't begin to describe how he will be missed. Go with God our Free Spirit and breathe easy as you watch down on us till we're together again. Love you.
A family gathering to celebrate Nick's life will be held next summer at his brother's cottage on Lake Superior in Sault Ste.Marie. It's a place that has always been dear to Nick's heart.
You can still show your support by sending flowers directly to the family
